The short version
We collect one thing: the email address you choose to give us. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not profile you across other sites.
What we collect
There is exactly one collection point on this site: the newsletter form.
- Email address. Submitted voluntarily when you subscribe to the Artificial Unboxed brief. Used to send you the brief and any resource you requested.
- Signup source. A short label recorded with the subscription (for example which page or offer you signed up from). Used only to understand which resources are useful.
That is the complete list. Browsing the site, reading insights, or viewing product pages requires no account and collects no personal information.
What we do not collect
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers. There are no marketing cookies, no cross-site pixels, and no third-party profiling scripts on this site.
We do not ask for payment details. Products are sold through Gumroad, which handles payment as the merchant of record under its own privacy terms.
Who processes your data
We keep the chain short. Your email address is handled by the services below, strictly to deliver what you asked for:
- Resend — stores newsletter contacts and delivers email. Your address is held in a Resend audience segment on our account.
- Vercel — hosts this website and serves its pages.
- Cloudflare — provides the network and DNS layer in front of the site.
- Gumroad — processes product purchases. If you buy a product, Gumroad collects the payment and contact details it needs, under its own privacy policy.
None of these parties receive your data for their own marketing purposes, and we do not sell or rent your address to anyone.
How long we keep it
Your email address stays on our newsletter list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately and your address is removed from active sending.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. One click ends it, with no follow-up questions.
- Access, correction, or deletion. Email us and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We aim to respond within a few days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the newsletter list is limited to the accounts that operate the publication. We do not store payment information, because we never receive it.
Children
This site is intended for people building, buying, and operating with AI. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has subscribed, contact us and we will remove the address.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes affecting how we handle your email address will be noted in the brief itself.
